How it Works

There are 3 ways that you can make a reservation to rent machines at Arizona Power Toys.

Use the "Quote and Availability" box on the left hand side bar to generate a
quote for selected days, quantity and type of rental. Then add the
reservation to your cart and you are then able to make the reservation by
checking out and paying with your credit card or paypal.

You can send us an email at
reservations@azpowertoys.com and include the dates and times that you will
pick up and drop off the rental, the quantity of machines, and type of rental.
It is helpful if you include a contact phone number in case we have any
questions. We will try to respond within 24 hours with a qoute. At
which time you can make the reservation payment online, through paypal, or over
the phone.

You can also contact us at 480-522-7436 and get a quote and make the
reservation over the phone.
The amount paid to make a reservation is to reserve the machines on the days
chosen. The remaining balance will be paid once you pick up the machines. The
reservation amount is non-refundable if you decide not to rent the machines.
If you make a reservation online then you will receive a confirmation email
which will have the information about which days you have reserved and the
balance due at pickup. We may contact you shortly after to confirm the
details.
Pickup Time: Generally pickup time is in the morning between 7:00am and
9:00am. If you need to make other arrangement then please give us a call
and we will do our best to accomadate you.
Dropoff Time: Generally dropoff time is between the times of 6:00pm
and 8:00pm. We are usually flexible if you return the machines around
these times and we appreciate it if you call about a half hour before you
arrive.
Deposit: A Deposit is required per machine and must be either verified on a Credit Card
or paid in Cash at time of rental. Genreally the amount for the deposit is
approximately $300. If the machines are returned in satisfactory
condition the Credit Card will not be charged or the Cash will be refunded.
Upon rental you will be required to sign a Release Waiver and a Lease Agreement
and also provide a valid drivers license.
Machines must be towed by a capable vehicle with a 2" trailer ball & 4-way flat
light connector.
If you would like us to deliver to or pick them up from a near by lake then give
us a call and we will see if we can.
We do accomadate special requests, so if you have a special
situation or need to pick them up or drop them off at different times then
please give us a call and we will try to be flexible to meet your needs.
